I'm Valentina Vaira...
I'm Valentina Vaira, Marina and Gianni's eldest daughter, and I'd like to tell you about a dream: our family's dream. We wanted to share the beauty of our area with anyone who wanted to come and visit it, creating a place where everyone would feel warmly welcomed. This is how La Rosa Gialla was born in 2003, together with our house. Surrounded by nature, here you can spend a unique and unforgettable vacation in Barolo. Since 2014, in addition to the large internal garden, we have also added Apartments built following green building principles, featuring large, private spaces, a terrace, great comfort and a view of the Nebbiolo vineyard.

Run by Federica Vaira, the younger sister, and her husband Kim, this restaurant is just a few kilometers away and offers a unique fusion of Piedmontese and Korean culinary traditions, for an innovative and surprising gastronomic experience.
A deep bond with the land and the family
Gianni, who has always been deeply connected to the land, cultivates vineyards and hazelnuts with passion, together with Marina and their daughters, Federica and Valentina. In the heart of La Rosa Gialla, the Azienda Agricola Marina Rinaldi was born: a blend of tradition and innovation. It started with the first bottle of Dolcetto d'Alba, and today we produce 1600 precious bottles of Barolo per year. In 2020 we also introduced our Classic Method Sparkling Wine “Brindè”, a symbol of hope and tradition. Each label and each of our hazelnut products express our bond with the land and with the passion that has been handed down for 16 generations in the Vaira Family.
